YES! as the title that is what i got after diet atkins phase 1 for 6 days. i started with 56 kg (already ideal but still chubby) and now after 6 days it become 54.6 kg. its not so much loss because i already in ideal weight's phase. usually, for the beginner in diet, they can lost 1 kg per day if their weight is so much away from ideal weight.
what i do are only keep eat clean ( follow the rules of atkins in phase 1), do some exercise. i only do aerobics for 20 minutes and sauna for 30 minutes. don't forget to drink a plenty water. i drink at least 2 liters of water each day. make sure you get a good rest and good sleep. good rest and good sleep also give a big effect for your diet.
maybe someone want to know my menu for 6 days:
day 1-6 : breakfast - chicken soup and a big bowl of green vegetable.
lunch - 2 fried egg with a slice of cheese
dinner - chicken soup with a big bowl of green vegetable plus a hot cup of green tea.
if you feel this menu kind of boring, you can change it as you like but make sure the course of ingredient must follow the atkins phase 1. in phase 1, you can only take green vegetables, and protein such as chicken, fish, beef, lamp, prawn an so on. you can cook this type of food as you like but please don't use any ingredient like sugars, rice, bread, wheat which product is higher in carbohydrate.
atkin phase 1 means: you can eat all food that you like which is not consist of carbohydrate and sugar. for phase 1, you just need 15-20 gram carbohydrate only which is come from vegetable. fruit also not allow in atkins phase 1 as it consist higher in sugars. make sure you don't take any sugar, breads, biscuit, pizza, rice, wheat, chocolate, fast food and so on. hope this entry kinda help you in lost weight.
